Interviews: STAR Method

During one of my leadership development trainings they discussed behavioral interviewing. I personally had never heard of it till, then but I sure wish someone had told me about this technique. Now I tell all my friends and i thought I’d share it on my blog too

In short if you’re not familiar with what behavioral interviewing means, it is the way questions are worded so that you (if you’re good at interviewing) answer with the type of action you would take, In other words your behavior in a given situation. If you can articulate it well, then it gives the interviewer a better idea if you’re a good fit for the job.
